How it works
Enter the bill, the tip percentage, and how many people are splitting it. Leave people at 1 for no split.
The tip is the bill multiplied by the tip percentage. The total is the bill plus the tip, and each person's share is the total divided by the number of people.
Amounts are shown to two decimal places. When the total does not divide evenly, shares are rounded for display, so they may differ from the total by a cent or so.
Formula
tip = bill × (tip % ÷ 100)
total = bill + tip
per person = total ÷ people
